Semra Yücel was born on March 16, 1957 in Istanbul.

After completing her education at Çamlıca Girls' High School, which she enrolled in as a boarding student with a scholarship in 1974, she completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mathematical Engineering.

After graduation, he entered the world of education, which he loved very much.

Yücel, who started his career as an educator at Uğur Dershanesi and saw it as a labor of love, continues his duty with the same belief today as a Member of the Executive Board of Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions.

Semra Yücel, who married Enver Yücel, the President of Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions, in 1981, is the mother of Hüseyin and Begüm Yücel, the paternal grandmother of Ada and Peyker, and the maternal grandmother of Aslan and Kaplan.
