Enver Yücel is the president and founder of Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions, Türkiye's largest and leading educational group.

Enver Yücel, an educational entrepreneur, was born in Giresun in 1957. After completing his high school education at Haydarpaşa High School, he graduated from the Department of Mathematics, now known as Marmara University Faculty of Education.

Abroad, he is the founder of BAU International University in Washington DC, BAU International University in Berlin, BAU International University in Batumi, Georgia, Bahcesehir University in Cyprus, Mentora language school in the USA, CES language school in Toronto, Mentora language school in Cologne, IAR institute in Rome, education center in Hong Kong and education offices in nearly 10 countries.

Enver YÜCEL, who draws attention with his business life that is completely devoted to education, as well as his donations/efforts exceeding 45 million dollars annually, especially in the field of education and culture, is the businessman who donated the most to education and was awarded the Outstanding Service Award by the Turkish Grand National Assembly in 2008.

His contributions to global education have been appreciated not only in Türkiye but also around the world. In 2014, at the UNCA Awards ceremony held in New York under the auspices of the United Nations, he received the UNCA Special Award for Global Education from the hands of the United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, for the first time as a Turk and an educator.

He received the "Education Entrepreneur Award for Contributing the Most to Türkiye in the Field of Service Exports" from the Ministry of Economy for three consecutive years.

In 2019, Bahçeşehir University Board of Trustees Chairman Enver Yücel was given the title of “Head of the United Nations Training and Research Institute International Education Center Turkey” and the United Nations Certificate (UNC) by the United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Nikhil Seth.

Immediately afterwards, Enver Yücel, the President of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) International Training Center in Turkey, was given a new duty by the UN. Yücel also became a member of the Advisory Board of the UN Institute for Training and Research.

Enver YÜCEL, who continues his duties as the President of Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions and the President of Bahçeşehir University Board of Trustees, also served as the President of All Private Educational Institutions Association (TÖDER). He currently serves as the founder of Haydarpaşa Education Foundation. In the global arena, Enver Yücel, who is also the President of the World Education Entrepreneurs Association and the European Exam Preparation Center Association, is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the New York University Steinhardt School of Education Dean's Council.

Enver Yücel has a book called "My Life is Education" in which he tells his own life.
